Watchlist Restock Alerts

Monitors an authenticated eBay buyer watchlist via the Trading API GetMyeBayBuying call for out-of-stock to in-stock transitions and sends alerts. One call per poll covers the full watchlist (up to 200 items).

Optional Browse API support is available for paced public catalog checks when needed.
